Wow! Erin looks a helluva lot better than I ever will making a paloma however, I make mine much differently. I'm not one for measuring....I like to go by eye and taste but, if I had to measure it would look something like this:
2 ozs 100% tequila blanco
3 ozs. fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 oz. fresh squeezed key lime juice
1 oz. raw agave nectar
2 ozs. of squirt grapefruit soda*
In a shaker glass with a little ice, pour the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave nectar. Shake well, remove lid and pour in grapefruit soda. Pour into a large cocktail glass of your choice.
*Note: if you prefer your paloma less sweet you can substitute sparkling water instead of squirt or cut back on the agave nectar. Experiment until you find the perfect mix!

I agree. It all depends on preference. I also enjoy adding fresh ingrediants like lime and grapefruit juice. I think that the squirt gives enough sweetness to forgo the Agave Nectar in our case.

In any case, enjoy the video!

Thank you for the feedback La Familia de Cruz! Could you please tell me if you have any plans to bring your tequila to the state of Florida any time in the near future?

We don't yet have plans to move to the Florida state. We are a grass roots tequila who is trying to grow organically and thus, slowly and carefuly.

If I had to guess, we will probably be in the Florida market in the next 2 years.

For now, if you want to purchase CRUZ in Florida, you must have it shipped to you via our online distributor: Binny's Beverage Depot - Wine, Spirits & Beer Since 1947 - Product Detail

Thank you for your interest and I hope you have a chance to try our tequila soon!
