All i need some help. I went to Cozumel in May of 2008 as part of my cruise with Carnival Cruise Line. I sampled a shot of Tequila at this small store in the shopping district just across from the peir. It was the best Tequila I've ever tasted. The guy wanted $90USD. At the time I thought that, that was a bit expensive, after all we are at the home of Tequila production right! I thought it would be cheaper so I didn't but it (damn do I wish now that I would have). Now I could swear that the Tequila itself was a really light blue in color but I could be thinking of the bottle being blue, I'm not sure. I want to say the bottle looked similar to the Grey Goose Vodka bottle. Does anyone have any idea what Tequila this could be? My daughter will be getting married next year and I would love to have a coulpe of these bottles to share with everyone. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When I think Grey Goose / Tequila I get:
Hacienda de Oro Blanco Tequila or Hacienda del Cristero Blanco But neither of those would cost $90... When I think of blue Tequila I get: Don Fernando Tequila Blanco or Milagro Silver Tequila or Casa Noble Tequila Reposado or 4 Copas Tequila Blanco But again, shouldn't cost $90 in Mexico, but in a tourist area, you never know. How about this? Clase Azul Tequila Reposado |
