Mañana and El Relingo Tasting with Sergio Barajas

Experience Tequila is pleased to welcome Sergio Barajas, the owner of El Relingo Tequila as our honored guest at this event.
Sergio and his family hand-craft Tequila El Relingo in Arandas, Jalisco, the heart of the Highlands tequila region. It is a traditional, authentic "tequila drinker's tequila" with eul parts character, flavor and smoothness. Sergio himself will tell us
the story of his family's tequila and answer any questions about the production process of El Relingo.
We will also tasting the entire lineup (blanco, reposado añejo) of Mañana tequila. A relative newcomer, Mañana is produced at the same highlands distillery as Siembra Azul, Muchote, Buscadores and Yeyo tequilas - certainly a venerable pedigree!
The $40 fee includes Sergio's presentation and light Mexican snacks from Cha Taquería.
