Tequila Chili Lime Chicken (or Fish) Marinade
This is the lazy-man's quick and sleazy way to make a marinade. It works! I don't measure anything out but here's what I mix together:
I use Master of Mixes margarita mixer from the store -- yes!  Some real lime juice or key-lime juice Cumin Adobo Ancho chili powder Lawry's seasoning salt Whatever tequila I have laying around Soak the meat for at least 3 hours. Grill away!

Go to Google, click the "more" tab up top and go to the "Books" section. Type "marinades tarantino" - this guy (Jim Tarantino) devotes a whole section of his book on latin and caribbean marinades, rubs, brines, cures and glazes. I don't think he uses tequila much but his recipes are spot on. Check it out.
