Agave Bar and Grill
will close its doors December 21st, 2008


Hello once more from your friends at Agave:
It is with great sadness that we announce that Agave Bar and Grill will close its doors as of Sunday, December 21st, 2008. It was very difficult to arrive to this decision, but the severe economic downturn has affected us greatly, just as it has many other businesses. We will take a step back and try to create a new concept for our location and hope to present it to you sometime in early February, 2009. in the meantime, the restaurant space will still be available for private events from 25 to 120 people. Please contact events@agavebarandgrill.com for information and booking.

That's a bummer. The Sante Fe Tequila CO here has shut their Denver location down, and I think their other spot is about to close their doors as well. I have a feeling my Tequila bar map will become a little less colorful in the next 6 months...

Wow! And I was going to be there THAT saturday while I was home in Chicago visiting friends... And I was bringing 20 friends!
IT is tough out there right now. No raises for us, no OT... Anyway, thanks for heads up.
