How to get the lime juice out of the lime?

Im curious as to how everyones methods of getting all the lime juice out of the lime?

I want to make real margaritas more since I bought some Agave Syrupand limes. But when I pull the juice from the limes, I'm lucky to get 3/4 a shot out of the whole thing. And I want to make some really good drinks but last time my fingers were all wrinkled from squeezing 10 limes. Should I cut them in quarters, I did halves last time. I dont really want to buy an expencive juicer just for margaritas.

Get yourself a decent lime squeezer. I found mine at Target, and most kitchen stores have them. Or order from Amazon:

The type of squeezer that MrA linked is what I have settled into using. I have tried several different kinds and that one gets the juice out with the least work and no sticky fingers.

agreed... but be sure to get a decent quality one of those 'vice-style' ones. I had a cheapy and it a) didn't really work and b) didn't last! And also make sure that it's for lemons/limes vs oranges. That sounds obvious, but the angle of the reamer on an orange juicer is often to wide for limes.

There are those that swear by a wooden hand reamer. I have one of those and it works very well - but it's messy.

I have toyed with the idea of getting one of the 'industrial versions' of the hand squeezer, but it takes up too much room.

I've also thought about getting an electric citrus juicer, but they're pricey.

The juicer Mr Agave listed is good.

I have a manual one and I have just learned how to squeeze the hell out of the limes so all the juice comes out. It took a week, but I love my manual juicer. Its a trooper and its easy to take to friends houses if Im in charge of the Tequila drinks (which is more and more becoming the norm!)
