What are YOU drinking for Cinco De Mayo?

I'm not sure what I'm going to be drinking cocktail wise yet but I know what tequila I will have on hand...

I'm thinking about margaritas but I am somewhat bored with them...if you have any unique twist ideas let me know!

I picked up some Dos Equis Lager Especial beer. But first I'll probably start with a mango margarita made with either Oro Azul blanco or Corazon blanco. After dinner I'll maybe sip some JCLF anejo and maybe some Fina Estampa anejo. I guess it depends on what's left after this weekend.

Well, I'm down here in BAJA CA, and three's not a lot of folks to drink with!!!! thanks to the flu scare. Imagine boycotting the whole country due to an outbreak in DF. Was in PV last week and all the cruise ships refused to dock in port. The town was a ghost town. I spent my time in Hacienda Dona Engracia, (NOM 1540) which has a nice boutique distillery with blanco, and repo (11 mos)and anejo (3 yr) aged in JD barrels. I was the only person on 2 distillery tours!! One bonus: multiple tastings of each type (just to make sure!)
