Default Sotol - Hacienda de Chihuahua - Informative Video
I finally found my CD from when I went to Chihuahua and have uploaded to YouTube. This video shows the production process of Sotol, and the Hacienda de Chihuahua distillery, etc.

interesting video.

the narration was, in some parts, hard to follow. it almost sounded like robot was doing the narration. i had the urge to 'press 2' and find the showtimes for the latest blockbuster.
