Default Real Estate

I've been going to college for awhile with a degree in progress for Real Estate. But I completed the required courses last semester to take my state and national exam.

I took those exams today and passed both...so I am now a licensed real estate agent in Texas...and I'm really just on here babbling because I'm so excited. I worked my butt off studying the last couple weeks.

So now I'm a carreer man...woah! I think I will have a tasty anejo tonight with a fine cigar, maybe even wear a tie

WOOHOO!

PS...anyone looking at buying or selling Real Estate in the Central Texas area, let me know!

Congratulations. Real Estate is a tough market right now, but it always comes back.

The market in the Waco area isnt too bad at the moment. It is definently a buyers market right now if you have the money to invest....

New homes sales, which I am in are doing pretty well. Not near the volume at this time last year but we have just opened a new subdivision...its only time.

Thanks for the congrats though.

Congrats! Do you give a bottle of DV as a house warming gift to your clients?

Hehe, in Texas you cannot give a "non-realty" gift to a client that cost over 50.00. So I suppose they could get the Artesenal Blanco, or a couple Tequilito Golds....

I think they should all be given blue agave's as housewarming gifts. And I'll tell them I'll be back in 10 years to harvest there plant.
