1st Course
Mixiote de Pollo-an authentic Mexican dish, consisting of marinated chicken seasoned, wrapped, and steamed in banana leaves. Served with a Cantaloupe-Tequini.
2nd Course
Fresh Chilean Sea bass filet sautéed and served with garlic mashed potatoes & sautéed vegetables served with a tequila pineapple sauce OR Roasted Black Angus beef tenderloin filet, accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes & sautéed vegetables served with a Black Pepper Corn-Tequila Demi glaze. Served with a margarita on the rocks.
3rd Course
Delicious Lime Cake served with a Te de Limon (lemongrass hot tea) served with a snifter of Anejo tequila (In Mexico we typically spike our hot tea, Salud!)
