You know, I see the pocotequila.com pics or other internet stolen pics on ebay all the time. It always makes me wonder how they expect to sell the bottles but people still buy them. It is so easy to take and upload pics these days. For that reason alone, it has to make you wonder what is going on. (Just my 2 cents on the matter) (They should at least quote pocotequila to give Mark some credit)

I asked the seller to send me a picture of the actual bottle and he got a bit testie. He said his camera was broken and that a few others had been giving him a hard time for stealing and using the picture from Poco tequila. He told me if I didn't trust him, don't bid.....I guess I don't trust him. Chaulk another one up to the Tequila.net Squad

I think this one was on before Marks and didn't sell, I guess now its a good deal. Some of this sellers stuff is over priced but I guess this ones in line now. He has some interesting bottles sometimes but the prices tend to be on the high side.
