    Default Holiday Gift Sets

The holidays are upon us. Have any of yous seen any neat gift packs? The ones I've seen so far this year...

Oro Azul Reposado with a lime squeezer.
Corazon Blanco with 4 shot glasses
Patron Silver & Anejo (together) with a deck of cards, dice, and poker chips.

unfortunately, none of these really jumped out at me.

I haven't seen any yet, but I did talk to the owner of my local liquor store and he said they should be coming. He also said a lot of the manufacturers aren't offering many deals, that he can just get the bottles themselves a lot cheaper. I'll have to stop over there next week to check it out.

I saw a patron gift set... 4 250ml bottles in a metal suitcase. B, R, A, and their coffee tequila.

Costco, usually always has a gift set of some type of tequila around December. Last year it was DJ with poker chips and cards and there is always the dreaded Patron pack.

Found at the New Costco in Tustin, CA. Herencia Añejo, including a rather fine wrought-iron holder with two, two ounce glasses, one on each side, for the price of $49.99. This represents a $10 discount from Hi-Time.

Here is what I remember seeing:

    Milagro Silver w/2 8-10oz glasses
    Don Julio Silver w/lime squeezer
    Don Julio Repo w/flask
Don Julio Anejo w/2 8-10oz glasses
Corralejo Repo w/2 shot glasses and ceramic tile
Espolon Repo or Silver w/2 snifters
Sauza Hornitos (old bottle) w/a set of dominos
    Corazon Repo w/2 snifters
El jimador Repo w/2 shot glasses
    1800 silver w/2 shot glasses
    1800 repo w/2 shot glasses
    Gran Centenario w/2 martini glasses
    Cazadores Anejo w/4 leather coasters
    Cazadores Anejo w/flask
Patron anejo w/a bottle of Patron Citron
Don Eduardo Repo w/2 shot glasses
Tezon Blanco, Repo, or anejo w/ wooden box, poker chips, cards, and dealer chip
    All 3 3G's w/3 bottle stopers

These are the one's I remember off the top of my head but I know there are more out there. Someone has one with margarita mix and another with sangrita. There are a lot out there. I will add more if I remember them. I bought the Hornitos already just cause I wanted the dominos. I had the cazadores costers but I thought the old coasters from DJ were better so I raffled them off. The Tezon sets are nice as well. Happy hunting
