Wow that's a lote of ETWL.

Is El Conquistador considered treasure now? It was one of the first tequilas I tried a few years back, but I have not seen it in a while.

El Conquistador is not considered a treasure as a brand, but they have changed distilleries a few times, so some of the older versions may be considered treasures. My bottles are from NOM 1488, but I think it is currently made at 1137. It has also been made at 1068 and 1107. I can't speak for the products from other distilleries, but I really like the 1488 version.

Of course not everything I purchased that weekend was a treasure, but I can't get some brands in my hometown, so went ahead and picked up the Muchote, Vida, Fortaleza. I'm starting to worry about Muchote going away. I think they have been absent from the last two NOM lists

I saved the empty bottle for some reason, and it was also from 1488. I remember liking it a lot, at the time it was the boldest tasting tequila I had had.

I finally got my hand on some Tapatio Excelencia so I consider it a treasure!
