We toured the 7L distillery a couple years ago and loved it. Full walk through the place and at the end a full tasting of all 4. It was because of that tour AND the tequila that 7l is one of our must have always tequilas. It's what we served at our wedding. I got to say I quite liked the DA version and would buy it again given the chance. I ended up with a bottle of the DA when we left, still have it back home. Worth it to me! :-)

There are many tequilas out there at $100.00+ but many of them are not worth it, but of those that are worth the $100.00+ price tag, 7 Leguas de Antano is definately one of them.
I totally agree, D'Antaño is one of the absolute best! *The most amazing thing about it's how it preserves the agave notes, after spending 5 yrs. in wood. IMHO it's a very uncommon trait among XA's. I'd say, if you have the extra cash, go for it! There are many much more expensive XA's around that aren't as good and complex... IMHO, of course!

I'll chime in with another XA, which happens to be my favorite, that still retains it's agave punch, even after sitting for 7 years in oak....El Tesoro 70th Anniversario!
