Default When the bottle is empty....

I have a great collection of empties, ranging from 50 mls to 200 mls to the 750 ml full-size beauties. The art of the tequila bottle is so unique, it seems a shame to just recycle the empty. I have so many 50 ml bottles that I was thinking of having a string of tequila party lights made. Clase Azul bottles would make spectacular lamps. What do you do with your empties? Save or recycle or reuse?

For the most part I throw the empties away. For some interesting bottles I give them to my son who cuts the tops off and makes glasses.

I have seen the bottoms cut off for hanging lamps.

Some really good bottles I have held onto - hoping a tequila god would take mercy on me and refill it.

I think the 50 ml would make a great chandelier, it would take a lot of them though. A similar thread had been posted here before.

What do you do with your empties?

I have a lot of bottles that I will donate to someone that is in the artistic mood....you just need to pay for the shipping. Most bottles are DJ anejo or 1942 and then there are a bunch of older bottles that I have finally finished off. I am guessing around 30 plus bottles.
