Cool Muchote Facelift

What do you guys think of the new bottle? I like the new label much more than the old one.

A little more refined looking.

I'm hoping to finally try it when I make my trip out to CA

It does look a little classier now, but when it tastes that good, I don't really care what the label looks like. I had a newbie come over for a tasting last night, and he liked the Muchote more than anything else. That includes Fortaleza repo, CNR, and CNA; he didn't make it through all my choices, but he liked Muchote the best. Now if only I could get the local distributor to pick it up! I have to mail order Muchote.

Yeah I had to resort to the web as well in order to purchase the one bottle that I currently have at my bar. Unfortunately, I am down to 1/4 of a bottle! I am wishing for the day when Muchote reaches the West Coast of Florida! IMHO the new label is very nice but with this juice, when all is said and done, it was always about the quality inside the bottle!

Very frustrating here because a local distributor has rights to carry it, but won't. Doesn't want to "pick up any new lines right now". The retailers are very helpful in trying to get it for me, but the distributor has control. Were are my consumer rights!?!

Totally, If we ever get around to planning another trip to Sarasota I'll swing by and bring you a bottle. I found it at this little "dive" store in east of atlanta. I dont remember the price but it was under $30. I plan on nabbing a bottle today after work.

To keep on topic, the new bottle is much classier than the old. The old has that Mazatlan High school grad look written all over it. Its too sunny

I like Muchote. BUT I hated their old look... to me it looked like a medicine bottle. The new label has improved greatly, but the bottle remains the same.

Change the bottle- keep the new logo W&D.

I had every intention of picking a bottle of this up today but got sidetracked when I found a white box on the top shelf behind all the others. A perfect ETWL Anejo in the box. How could I pass that up. My first "true" treasure bottle. The Muchote will have to wait until next time. This joint still had the old bottles btw.

Oh you will NOT regret that decision... ETA-WL is by far by favorite treasure.

Enjoy!
