I went to Dos Caminos Soho. Fairly good selection with prices being what you would expect for a tequila bar in NYC.
It may be an anomaly of the bartenders we had, but they did pour easily 3oz portions while the price tag was close to what I would normally pay for 1.5oz
Attempted to go to La Esquina .. they require reservations made early in the week. Nothing on their or any other site I read mentioned that. So we didn't get to try it.
So for those who are looking to go, make those reservations.
