I would start at the top and work my way down. DM is by far the best product out there (IMO) and one of the few times where you can say "You pay for what you get". Most mezcals run between $40-50 a bottle, which when it's all said and done is only ~20 less than DM's, and when you categorize them this way, that $20 difference seems a small price to pay for the massive leap in quality tha extra dollars buy you.
