This is the lazy-man's quick and sleazy way to make a marinade. It works! I don't measure anything out but here's what I mix together:
I use Master of Mixes margarita mixer from the store -- yes!
Some real lime juice or key-lime juice
Cumin
Adobo
Ancho chili powder
Lawry's seasoning salt
Whatever tequila I have laying around
Soak the meat for at least 3 hours.
Grill away!
