A Tequila 1921 Anejo is in the works, expected be out next year. Tequila 1921 has also purchased some land for a new distillery that will also break ground next year, a scenic location in the highlands, with a bed and breakfast on site. Juan shared some stories on how 1921 got started, along with the success of the Tequila Cream, and brief info on the bottle design.

I will update the 1921 listings to reflect the production process.

German Gonzalez Gorrochotegui, previously Master Distiller of Chinaco, also joined in on the chat and talked briefly about his new Tequila brand t1, Tequila uno. The blanco is expected later this year, around October. We can hopefully schedule an online chat session and/or tasting with German in the near future.
