As this is a Mezcal and not a Tequila, it has only very recently (Mezcal) got its own governing body and if they want to continue to use the word Mezcal will likely have to change some things on its label. If they are mixing in additives and want to continue calling it Mezcal it will likely be labeled ABOCADO. Comercam is now the body that regulates the production, bottling/labeling and sale of Mezcal.

According to one web site there are over 600 government approved distillers of tequila and they are all issued some kind of certification number that is supposed to appear on the bottle. The Dichbe'll bottle not only does not have the certification tag it has no info about the manufacturer at all. I'm going to be dubious about this stuff until I know more.
