I think I would just try what I can find. I'm not looking for the perfect Mezcal, just a product to get the feel of. To turn my interest to tequila, I started with Cuervo and Patron which lead to my liking.
But thanks for the advice, I will see what I can find off of the better rated mezcals on tequila.net.
