August 07, 2008 My sister-in-law happened to notice the bottle first, then the color of the tequila in the bottle. So far so good, even knowing my wife and her are wine and tequila drinkers this process of aging the tequila in oak barrels used for wine was too hard to resist. Then the tasting begins and neither male or female could believe how terrible this was. Stay with the traditional barrels and allow the tequila to at least come through the flavors.
