Tasted on 6/13/08 out of snifter. I've got one word for this blanco....WOW. I can see why it's one of the more expensive tequilas out there. I may not be able to afford this bottle every time, but darnit, I'll find a way! An excellent sipper. I would not mix this one. It gets a high rating on value because I really got what I paid for.
Aroma: A very creamy nose, with hints of earth and vanilla.
Initial taste: An oily mouth feel, it's sweet with no bitterness.
Body: Tons of earthy agave, with spicy hints. An excellent body.
Finish: Of medium duration, no alcohol burn.

Tasted on 6/20/08 out of Caballito. Pueblo Viejo was not a bad tequila at all. At 18 bucks for a bottle, I surely didnt expect it to be the best, but it definitely wasnt the worst by any means. A very simple, yet decent tasting blanco. A decent sipper, and Im sure it would be a great mixer.

Tasted on 6/24/08 out of snifter. Siembra Azul Blanco is a very good tasting tequila. It's definitely a tequila worth buying again.
Aroma: Very agave, with hints of cream and floral.
Initial Taste: An oily mouth feel, it was really sweet and creamy.
Body: Lots of Agave, floral, and pepper.
Finish: Of long duration, a heated, creamy finish with no alcohol burn.

This Tequila was really an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Every thing about it was memorable.
Aroma: Very peppery. Hints of butter and earth as well.
Inital Taste: An oily mouth feel. On the tip of the tongue, it was very sweet yet not bitter.
Body: Great agave body with hints of earth and spices. A slight hint of apple.
Finish: Of medium to long heated duration, with no alcohol burn.

Unfortunately, Herradura Blanco did not rub my taste buds the right way. It just wasn't a tequila I wish to ever try again.
Aroma: Hints of fruit and earth

Body: The initial taste turns into rotten pineapple with very mild hints of agave.
