Tasted out of caballito glass. Corralejo blanco is a decent tequila. it leans on the subtler side of blancos. Another good one for beginner tequila drinkers. I would think it would make a decent mixer too.
Aroma: Light hints of fruit and floral
Initial Taste: An oily mouth feel, on the tip of the tongue its fairly sweet.
Body: A mellow agave body with hints of smoke and fruit.
Finish: Of short duration, with no alcohol burn.

Tasked out of double ball glass. Casa Noble was a pleasant sipper. Not my favorite, but something I'd have again for sure.
Aroma: Hints of caramel, cooked agave, and wood.
Initial Taste: On the tip on the tongue, a thin mouth feel and very sweet. No bitterness.
Body: Agave, vanilla, caramel, smoke, and wood. Lots going on. Maybe too much for me.
Finish: Of medium duration with no alcohol burn.

Im not the biggest fan of the 'suave' formula. But that doesnt mean its not an excellent tequila. Just not for me. I rated this one on the quality of what its trying to achieve, rather than just my personal opinion. It's definitely suave!
Aroma: A great agave aroma.
Initial taste: On the tip of the tongue, an oily feel and very sweet.
Body: Heres where I tasted the 'suave' kick in. A 'suave' body with earth and agave, and black licorice.
Finish: Of long duration with no bitterness at all.

Tasted 07/19/08 out of a double ball glass. Cazadores reposado is a very light reposado. I think I prefer less rested reposados. I think this is an excellent 'beginner' reposado tequila. I actually prefer the reposado for this brand!
Aroma: Very faint agave.
Initial Taste: An light oily feel. On the tip of the tongue it had a very sweet taste.
Body: A very delicate agave body with light hints of smoke and wood.
Finish: Of very short duration, yet with no alcohol burn.

Tasted out of snifter 07/16/08. Im still trying to break out of just drinking blancos. Don Julio anejo was a very nice experience for me. I was a little scared ( due too much wood taste making me feel ill) but this anejo welcomed me in with open arms! My first anejo experience was a good one.
Aroma: Strong hints of caramel and citrus. A pretty cool combo!
Initial Taste: Initially, a thin mouth feel, with hints of vanilla, and smoke. No bitterness at all.
Body: Wood, agave, caramel, and vanilla.
Finish: Of medium to long duration with no alcohol burn.
Again, this was my first anejo experience. Pretty cool. Ive always said I like the whole Don Julio line. Very consistent. But to be honest, while I still prefer blancos, I do like this anejo very much.
