Tasted 07/25/08 out of double ball. This anejo is really good. I prefer the anejo over the reposado of this line.
Aroma: Caramel, wood, and spices.
Initial Taste: Upon entry, there's an oily mouth feel. It's sweet with no bitterness.
Body: Mild agave, fruit, caramel, wood and earth. Very complex.
Finish: Of medium duration with no alcohol burn.

Tasted 07/25/08 out of high ball glass. This reposado was smooth, yet just a little to sweet for my taste buds. I think the sweetness takes away from the taste, if that makes any sense. In my opinion, their blanco is much better. Still, this is not a bad reposado by any means.

Tasted 07/25/08 out of double ball glass. Chaya Silver is a good blanco. A little bitter, but nothing I can't take. I think this one would be great straight or mixed.

Initial Taste: A think mouth feel, upon entry it's sweet with low bitterness.
Body: A balanced agave body, with very fruity hints and slight earthy tones.
Finish: Of medium duration, with a slight alcohol burn.

Tasted on 7/25/08. This reposado was a good 'starter' reposado. It's subtle and pleasant.
Aroma: Light agave nose, with spice and earth.
Initial Taste: Slight bitterness, thin mouth feel, followed by sweet taste.
Body: Subtle agave presence, with slight hint of caramel and wood.
Finish: Of short duration with slight alcohol burn.

Tasted on 07/24/08 out of a double ball glass. In my opinion, a very good anejo. I like their line. Very consistent.
Aroma: Cooked agave, cinnamon, and earth.
Initial Taste: On the tip of the tongue, its very sweet with no bitterness.
Body: A very balanced agave, complemented nicely by wood, caramel and spice.
Finish: Of long duration, with no alcohol burn.
