Tasted on 6/29/08 out of snifter. Don Nacho blanco is a very decent blanco that comes nicely packaged. At $28 dollar, a very good value. This is another one I would recommend for new blanco drinkers, as it does lean on the less aggressive side of blancos.

Aroma: A very light aroma of faint agave and spices.
Initial taste: A thin mouth feel of peppery spices.
Body: A light to medium presence of agave and pear.
Finish: Of short duration, with no alcohol burn.

Tasted on 6/13/08 out of snifter. I've got one word for this blanco....WOW. I can see why it's one of the more expensive tequilas out there. I may not be able to afford this bottle every time, but darnit, I'll find a way! An excellent sipper. I would not mix this one. It gets a high rating on value because I really got what I paid for.

Aroma: A very creamy nose, with hints of earth and vanilla.
Initial taste: An oily mouth feel, it's sweet with no bitterness.
Body: Tons of earthy agave, with spicy hints. An excellent body.
Finish: Of medium duration, no alcohol burn.

Tasted on 6/20/08 out of Caballito. Pueblo Viejo was not a bad tequila at all. At 18 bucks for a bottle, I surely didnt expect it to be the best, but it definitely wasnt the worst by any means. A very simple, yet decent tasting blanco. A decent sipper, and Im sure it would be a great mixer.
Aroma: Strong agave and citrus.
Initial Taste: A thin mouth feel, with peppery and spicy tones.
Body: A decent, simple body of agave and citrus. Nothing too complex.
Finish: Of short duration with very mild alcohol burn.
