March 08, 2008 I'm not a fan of Margarita mixes or the standard restaurant margarita and was skeptical about a mix that had the Tequila already mixed in, but Giovanni definitely has something going here. He picked a great tequila for his product, uses natural juices, and I would say that his pop n pour Margarita beverage is better than all of those sugary triple-sec'd bar margaritas out there. King me!

 February 22, 2008 This Reposado is golden with yellow hues, thick, long legs, with aromas full of agave, orange and cherry. Initial cooked agave flavor turning mildly hot, with a taste of wood and smoked fruit, hints of vanilla, a warm finish, and spicy orange / cinnamon aftertaste.

Excellent Reposado for under $30!

 January 24, 2008 I've tried this Tequila Bar twice now since it opened, and they still seem like they are trying to get the menus finalized. The service was good, but Tequila knowledge is lacking. Both recommended meals were average, gristle in the chicken and bland chile. The decor is unique, true Santa Fe feel, and the Tequila prices are reasonable. It's worth dropping in for a cocktail.

 November 25, 2007 5150 Anejo - Deep golden brown and medium body. Sweetened oak nose with hints of vanilla and agave. A citrus and oak initial taste, followed by a spicy oak body, mild agave, and bourbon undertone. Smooth finish and aftertaste, which contains both oak and slight mint.

 November 25, 2007 5150 Reposado - Light golden brown and medium body. Light wooded agave nose with hints of spice and vanilla. Initial fruity agave taste, with the body turning sweet with mild oak and vanilla. A mild spicy finish, fruity, with agave and oak aftertaste.

A great flavor in this reposado, a spicy / sweet combination of Tequila aged in American Oak wine barrels produces a unique Agave spirit.
