September 14, 2007 Many tequilas I have tasted have a bit of a bite to them whether they are silver, reposado or anejo. This tequila however, has a great body and finish. It is very smooth with a silky texture going down past the palate. You would sip this tequila like a very fine cognac and share it with only the closest of family or friends. The result of mesquite processing versus propane is very clear in the fine taste and finish of this libation.
