I had a very unique experience with this tequila that made me try it twice. It wasn't because I really liked it; it was just OK, it was because I thought there was a taint in the tequila and I made them open another bottle and let me try it again!? There was something in the aftertaste that I noted in this one that was sweet and wine like in quality, sort of the flavor you get from something that is aged in a sherry cask.
Has anybody else had that experience. I don't know if they age this in a sherry cask or if there is something else here but I could not get the taste out of my mind.

I am a fan of a good reposado, I feel it can be the best representation of a fine sipping spirit if you have a good balance between the wood from the aging and the spicy flavor of agave. Casa Noble has done a wonderful job of providing that balance. I had a sample of this in one of my favorite tequila bars in Chicago at a price that was very reasonable.

The body of this tequila was amazing as it slid down the sides of the snifter as I swirled it in the glass. The flavor was sweet, smoky and smooth. A pleasure to drink.

As anyone who has read my reviews knows I am a lover of this distillery and the tequilas they put out.

This comes from the makers of El Tesoro but I don't think they sell it in the US. I drank it in Arandas and I loved it. It has the sweet, spicy character that is so symbolic of their tequilas. Lots of full flavor and agave taste.

A great tequila if you can find it.

I am an El Tesoro lover anyway and when I tried this it knocked my socks off...The price is a little rich for my pocket at $100 plus a bottle retail and $20 per shot...

It has the base of El Tesoro tequila which is naturally sweet, flavorful and spicy...but the aging in Cognac barrels gives it a real premium spirit taste and silky mouthfeel.

I am a bourbon drinker too and I like a good Bourbon from a snifter...warmed by the hands to unlock the flavor. This product drinks the same way. I spent about a half hour to 45 minutes savoring this stuff up in a snifter. I don't know if it was because I had to get my moneys worth or if I liked it so much. Anyway, it is a fine spirit and the next time I have $20 burning a hole in my pocket I am going to Agave Bar and Grill in Lakeview (Chicago) and having another go at it...
I really wish more tequila bars carried it aqs it's a true tequila art form!

Yikes...all I can say is HOT HOT HOT....!!

It has the smoky flavor you expect with Mezcal but it is waaaay too hot for my taste buds. They name says it all...it has the bite of a Scorpion.
